The Winter Garden

This series of works was developed for the OBJECTS INBETWEEN exhibition, transforming the artist's memories of Sweden into tangible forms. The diverse forms of accompaniment developed throughout the process serve as a celebration of winter and life.

In polar cultures, a vast vocabulary has been created to describe the various states of snow. In a constantly changing environment, every moment is unique, and each moment deserves a name of its own.

Using wax and tin as primary materials, the works express both fragility and resilience through the melting properties of the materials.
